Having recently joined Bayside Australia as a leading Project Manager, Stephanie Crofts comes with extensive experience and a background that includes positions within operating companies, design consultancies and construction contractors, both in Australia and overseas. Stephanie has worked as a structural engineering analyst, structural design engineer and project engineer, and her experience covers offshore facilities and onshore process plants. Having taken some time off from her successful career to raise her family of four boys, we are excited to have Stephanie join the team and help us strive even further!
As Bayside Australia’s HSE Manager,Cristiane is responsible for developing and implementing the safety responsibilities and policies for all employees. With a passion for health and safety, Cristiane is a busy mum of three who takes pride in helping the Bayside Australia team and has over ten years’ experience in the industry. Studying a Bachelor of Science in Health, Safety & Environment at Curtin University and a diploma in Workplace Health and Safety, Cristiane has an in-depth knowledge and dynamic approach to lead the Bayside Australia team to greatness!
